At Fusionapps.NET we don’t believe in hiding behind email or ticketing systems. We have created a 14-hour Toll-Free Customer Support center which is available from 8AM until 10PM EST Monday – Fridays (excluding major holidays). Clients call and speak with a customer support representative, log their request with a live person, and based on the severity of the issue and other circumstances are either routed live to one of our Support Engineers or placed into our phone back queue.
There are currently 5 defineable support scenarios which are worth describing. They are listed below.
24/7 Network and Hardware Support
Included with every Fusionapps.NET hosting and managed colocation account is Toll-Free 24/7 Network and Hardware support. Events which qualify for this kind of cost-free support include:
  • Network and Hardware Troubleshooting
  • Network Outages
  • Network Performance Degradation (Excess Latency or Packet Loss)
  • Hardware Repair and/or Replacement
  • Basic Support
    Basic Support is provided as a cost free value-add during normal Call Center hours to every Fusionapps.NET hosting client. It was modeled to cater to the needs of the experienced server technician with the most basic of hands-on requirements. The services included are:
  • Server Reboot Requests
  • Windows Service Restart Requests
  • All other tasks requested by a Basic Support client will therefore be billed at the rate of $25/per 15 minute increment accrued during the requested tasks execution.
    Premium Support
    Premium Support was created as an optional upgrade to our Basic Support offering. It too is offered during normal Call Center hours. It was modeled to cater to the needs of a less experienced or more hands-off server technician and provides a well-rounded array of available services. The services included are:
  • Server Reboot Requests
  • Windows Service Restart Requests
  • Operating System Troubleshooting
  • Operating System Reinstalls
  • Operating System Configuration Assistance
  • IIS Troubleshooting
  • SMTP/POP3 Troubleshooting
  • DNS Troubleshooting
  • SSL Certificate Install
  • SSL Troubleshooting
  • Windows Firewall Troubleshooting
  • Windows Media Services Troubleshooting
  • All other tasks requested by a Premium Support client will therefore be billed at the rate of $25/per 15 minute increment accrued during the requested tasks execution.
    After Hours Emergency Support
    After Hours Emergency Support is made available for a fee to provide the needed assistance and troubleshooting support at the rate of $40.00/per 15 Minute increment. These services are made available after hours between 10PM and 8AM EST Monday through Friday, Weekends and Holidays.
    Managed Services
    Fusionapps.NET offers its clients a 100% Hands-Free Managed Services option on Virtual, Dedicated, and Application Servers.
